Daniel Howlett
Independent Non-Executive Director
Daniel Howlett was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in January 2023. He has over 30 years of senior corporate and international banking experience across the UK and the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, with strategic responsibility in the latter for all HSBC’s commercial banking activities in the region. Previous roles include running the UK corporate bank for HSBC, with responsibility for all HSBC’s event-led and sponsor-based activity in the UK ring-fenced bank. He is currently a consultant advisor to the Business Growth Fund in the UK, as well as serving on various boards across the public and private sector.
