Susan Skerritt

Susan Skerritt is an independent non-executive director and Head of Audit and Risk Committee. She is currently a member of the Royal Bank of Canada USA Holdings Board where she is Chair of the Human Resources & Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Susan is also an independent non-executive director at Tanger Outlets, a New York Stock Exchange listed entity. In addition to her non-executive roles, Susan is a senior advisor at Promontory Financial Group where she guides clients on regulatory, governance, and risk management matters. Susan was recently recognised as one of WomenInc. Magazine’s 2019 Most Influential Corporate Directors.

Prior to her non-executive roles, Susan completed a successful 35-year financial career in leadership roles with premier banking institutions in her native America including being Chair, CEO and President at Deutsche Bank Trust Company and Executive Board member at BNY Mellon Trust Company.
